ဒီတခါေတာ့ေစ်း၀ယ္တာကို ေျပာၾကရေအာင္

ဆိုင္၀န္ထမ္းက “ Do you need any help?”, “How can I help you?”,”Can I give you a hand”,”What can I do for you” စသျဖင့္ ေမးလာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ္က ၀ယ္ဖို႕ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ၾကည့္ရံုဘဲလာတာဆုိရင္
“I’m just looking” လို႕ ျပန္ေျဖႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုခု လာ၀ယ္တာ။ဆိုပါေတာ့။ Laptop လာ၀ယ္တာလို႕ ေျပာခ်င္ရင္။
I’m looking for a laptop. လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

Can I have a laptop? လို႕လည္း ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

Have you got any laptop လို႕လည္း ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီေနရာမွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ တစ္ခုေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္။              “ ရွိလား။ မရွိဘူးလား” ေမးခ်င္ရင္ Do you have ထက္စာရင္ Have you got ကို ပို အသံုးမ်ားပါတယ္။ Do you have any sister? ထက္စာရင္ Have you got any sister? ဆိုျပီး ပိုသံုးတက္ၾကပါတယ္။ တနည္းအားျဖင့္ Do you have အစား Have you got ကို ပိုသံုးၾကပါတယ္။

ကိုယ့္ကို Staff တစ္ေယာက္ Laptop တစ္လံုးကို ျပတယ္။ Laptop က အျဖဴျဖစ္ေနလုိ႕ ကိုယ့္အေၾကာင္းလည္းကိုယ္သိလို႕ အမည္းေရာင္ ရွိလားလို႕ ေမးခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္

“Have you got this one in black color? ဆိုျပီး ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ this one ဆိုတာက Laptop ကို ဘဲရည္ညႊန္းတာပါ။

ျပီးရင္ ကိုယ္က ဒီ Laptot ကိုဘဲ Size ၾကီးၾကီးနဲ႕ရမလားေမးခ်င္ရင္

“Have you got this one in larger size?” ဆုိျပီးေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ပိုေသးတာကိုလိုခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ larger size မွာ Smaller size နဲ႕ အစားထိုးျပီး ေျပာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ဒါဘယ္ေလာက္က်သလဲ ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“How much does it cost?/How much is it?” ဆိုျပီး ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ္က ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုရဲ႕ အလုပ္လုပ္ပံုကို သိခ်င္ရင္
“What’s is this for?”

ကိုယ္က ပစၥည္း ၾကိဳက္တယ္။ဒါေပမယ့္ ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳးပီပီ ေစ်းဆစ္ခ်င္တယ္ဆိုပါေတာ့။ ေျပာရမွာက
“Could you reduce the price?”
ဆိုျပီး ေျပာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ယူမယ္လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ “I’ll buy it” လို႕ မေျပာရပါဘူး။ I will take it လို႕ ဘဲ ေျပာရပါမယ္။
မယူဘူးလို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္လည္း “I’ll not buy it” လို႕ မေျပာရပါဘူး။ I will leave it လို႕ေျပာရပါမယ္။

ယူမယ္။ ထည့္ေပးပါလို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္။
“I will take it.Please wrap it up for me?” လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ္က အ၀တ္အစား၊လက္၀တ္ရတနာ ၀ယ္တယ္ဆိုပါေတာ့။စမ္း၀တ္ၾကည့္လို႕ရမလား ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“Can I try this on?” ဆိုျပီးေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

အ၀တ္စားလဲခန္းကိုေတာ့ Changing Room လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။

အ၀တ္စားလဲခန္း ဘယ္မွာလဲလို႕ ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“Where’s the changing room?” လို႕ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။တခါတေလက်ရင္ေတာ့ Fitting room လို႕လည္းသံုးတက္ပါေသးတယ္။

၀တ္ၾကည့္လို႕ မေတာ္ဘူးလို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္။ “It doesn’t fit.” လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ က်ပ္လြန္းတယ္ဆိုရင္ “It’s too tight”, ေခ်ာင္လြန္းတယ္ဆိုရင္ “It’s too loose” ဆိုျပီး ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

အားလံုးျပီးလို႕ ဘယ္ေလာက္က်သလဲ ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“How much do I owe you?” ဆိုျပီး ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ (owe ဆိုတာက အေၾကြးတင္တာကို ေျပာတာပါ။ ဒီမွာေတာ့ ဘယ္ေလာက္ေပးရမလဲ ပံုစံနဲ႕သံုးထားတာပါ။)

ဒီမွာေတာ့ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ႏုိင္ငံျခားမွာဆုိရင္ “How would you like to pay?” ဆိုျပီး ေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဆိုတာက ေငြသားနဲ႕ ရွင္းမွာလား။ Credit Card နဲ႕ ရွင္းမွာလားလို႕ပါ။

Cash နဲ႕ ရွင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္
I will pay in cash.

Credit card နဲ႕ ရွင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္
I will pay by credit card. ဒီမွာ သတိျပဳရမွာက I will pay in credit card ဆိုျပီး မသံုးတာကိုပါ။

အေၾကြးေရာင္းလားဆိုတာကို ေမးခ်င္ရင္
Do you sell goods on credit? ဆိုျပီးေမးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ဆိုင္မွာ ကိုယ္က ၀န္ထမ္းဆိုရင္

ဘာကူညီရမလဲ/ဘာရွာေနပါသလဲဆိုတာကို ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“Do you need any help?What are you looking for?”

ကိုယ္က Customer ကို ပစၥည္း၀ယ္ေအာင္ ဒီ အ၀တ္မင္းနဲ႕ လိုက္ပါတယ္လို႕ ေျပာခ်င္ရင္
That looks good on you.

အမည္းေရာင္က မင္းနဲ႕လိုက္တယ္လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္
Black suits your complexion. (အမည္းေရာင္က မင္းအသားေရာင္နဲ႕ လိုက္တယ္)

Customer ကို  အေၾကြ နဲ႕ ျဖတ္ပိုင္းေပးရင္း ေျပာရမွာက
“Here’s your change and your receipt” လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

Customer က Foreigner ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ ကိုယ္က Service တစ္ခု လုပ္ျပီးလို႕ သူ႕ကို Voucher ကို ေပးျပီး ေငြေတာင္းခ်င္ရင္

“Please check the amount and sign here” ဆုိျပီး Voucher စာရြက္ကို ေပးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ voucher မွာပါတဲ့ ပိုက္ဆံ ပမာဏကိုၾကည့္ျပီး Sign ထိုးေပးပါလို႕ေျပာတာပါ။ Foreigner က သူ ပိုက္ဆံေပးရမွာဆိုတာကို ဒါေျပာလိုက္တာနဲ႕ သိမွာပါ။ voucher ကို ၾကည့္ျပီး ဘယ္ေလာက္ေပးရမလဲဆိုတာ သိမွာပါ။

Customer က ေစ်းဆစ္တယ္ဆိုရင္ ေျပာရမွာက
Please don’t bargain လို႕ ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ေစ်းမဆစ္ပါနဲ႕ေပါ့။

Customer က အေၾကြးေပးပါလို႕ေျပာလာရင္
“We don’t give credit” လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဆိုတာက “ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႕ အေၾကြးေပးလို႕ မရပါဘူးလို႕” ေျပာတာပါ။

Customer တစ္ေယာက္က ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုကို ေမးတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီ ပစၥည္းက ကုန္ေနတယ္လို႕ ေျပာခ်င္ရင္
“We are out of it” ဆိုျပီး ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ “It is out of stock” ဆိုျပီးလညး္ ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

Customer က တစ္ခုခု ရွိလားလို႕ေမးတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီ ပစၥည္းကို ၾကည့္ေပးမယ္လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္
“Just a moment,I will have a look?” ခဏေစာင့္ပါ။ ၾကည့္ေပးပါ့မယ္။

Customer က Changing Room ထဲက ထြက္လာရင္ အ၀တ္ေတာ္မေတာ္ေမးခ်င္ရင္
“Does it fit?”

ဒီမွာပါ လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ “ Here you are”

ဒါ ၁၀၀ က်ပါတယ္လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ >It’s 100 kyats.

အားလံုးေပါင္း ၂၀၀ က်ပါတယ္လို႕ေျပာခ်င္ရင္>That’s 200 kyat altogether. လို႕ေျပာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ altogether က အားလံုးေပါင္းကို ေျပာတာပါ။
